1. Request everyone to arrive by 8:30 AM and be seated before the program. 2. Please avoid coming late as we do not want to make movements near the front entrance. 3. Please take care of kids and be seated with them.

1. Food will be served in the same hall at 12 Noon
2. Doing our best to save the environment - Bring your reusable water bottle, travel mug for coffee/tea and cloth napkins
