General Agenda
All meeting will follow the following general agenda:
- Learn songs (to sing at homes, shelters, hospitals) from our
region’s talented musicians.
- Learn to interact with elderly, people with special needs,
and other residents at homes and shelters.
- Learn to contact and organize visits/events at
shelters/homes.

10:00am - Introduction/Welcome (Regional Team-

10:15am - Purpose of convalescent home type visits and
project, & organization/logistics of conducting this
project (Ranga Jayaraman)
10:45am - Video of an interactive convalescent home
visit (Lakshman Mantha and Maneesha Munshi)
11:00am - Interacting with elderly, disabled, and
different types of residents at convalescent home and shelters
(Kala Subramaniam and Sowgandhi Sridharan)
11:30am - Experience sharing from convalescent home
type visit by SSE student, young adult, and adult
12:00noon - Q&A (facilitated by Maneesha Munshi and
Aishwarya Jayagopal)
12:30pm - Lunch
1:00pm - Learning songs and interactive Music Session
with Karen and Robert Flagg
4:00pm - Q&A and discussion (facilitated by
Maneesha Munshi and Aishwarya Jayagopal)
