SSE Activity

Activity (age 6 -17) will be on Sunday (10th Nov) from 10 AM to 12 PM PST & 1 to 3 PM
Activity (Caroling practice, Greeting Card-making for Grand parents)
Please note: Children of 5 years should be accompanied by one of the parent
For children (4 years and below): A separate room will be available on both days for them to have downtime and play with parent/guardian.

Safety Considerations

Please stay home if you or someone at home are experiencing COVID symptoms. Wearing a mask at the venue is encouraged, however it is not mandatory.

Devotional Hall Seating

It is highly recommended that devotees bring their own cushions for comfortable seating as the floor is hardwood and can be cold during the night (even though there will be carpets/comforters).

Supporting Centers/Groups

Devotees are encouraged to support other Centers & Groups by attending their singing slots.

Meals

Dinner on Nov 09th, and Breakfast and Lunch on Nov 10th will be provided.

Disclaimer: The dining area is a nut free zone. Should you choose to bring in any snacks or food items to the premises, please ensure that they are nut free. If your child is allergic to anything other than nuts, one parent is allowed to accompany the child to ensure his/her dietary needs. Parents are requested to have their meals at the dedicated adult slot that follows right after.

How: Each of us can do our little part by practicing 'Bring Your Own':

Bottle for water
Beverage cup with lid for coffee
Closed Lid boxes with cutlery for dinner and lunch

Note: There is no washing facility at the venue.
