Lodging Information
Semi-Private Lodges
No semi-private lodges at this location.
Cabins / Dorms
Dormitory-style accommodations include a variety of room configurations that sleep 4, 6, and 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements feature twin-size wooden bunk beds. Bathrooms are separated for men and women and include multiple toilets, sinks, and private shower stalls. Men and women will be housed in separate rooms, as family dormitories are not available. Boys will room with their fathers, and girls will room with their mothers. Guests should bring their own bedding, including sheets or sleeping bags, pillows, and towels.
Day Use
For people who will attend the retreat for one day or two days with no overnight stay onsite

- Overnight Stay – Friday PM to Sunday PM: Includes lodging for Friday and Saturday nights, dinner on Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Overnight Stay – Friday PM to Saturday PM: Includes lodging for Friday night, dinner on Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday.
- Overnight Stay – Saturday AM to Sunday PM: Includes lodging for Saturday night, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Day Attendee – Saturday (No Lodging): Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, along with access to all Saturday activities. Lodging is not included.
- Day Attendee – Sunday (No Lodging): Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sunday, along with access to all Sunday activities. Lodging is not included.
Scholarship Fund
Need-Based Financial Assistance
We do not want anyone to miss the retreat because of financial constraints. Participants may apply for scholarships or need-based financial assistance. Please get in touch with the registration team for scholarships. Participants may also voluntarily contribute towards scholarship amounts beyond the retreat fee.
