From Instagram to Claude, technology is ubiquitous in today’s world. On the one hand, these tools can help us harness the world’s greatest connections, but on the other hand, they can imprint dangerous thoughts on our minds. What would Swami say about how we should use technology, and how can we integrate His Way into our daily use? In this session, we will reflect on the challenges of technology while also acknowledging that using it is critical in today’s world. Together, we will develop a toolbox of how we can use technology satvicly and actually advance our understanding of advaitha through critical interrogation of how we use these tools in our daily lives.

- Emotional Resilience
- Guided Practice
- Beginner Friendly
Life rarely moves in a straight line — it climbs, drops, and loops without warning. Some of these swings come from the outside. Others are internal. This workshop offers a practical, experiential introduction to mindfulness as a way of meeting both kinds of turbulence with steadiness rather than being thrown by them. Through guided practices, reflection, and discussion, participants will learn to tell the difference between what’s happening to them and what’s happening within them — and discover that the goal isn’t to stop the ride, but to ride it alongside Swami with greater clarity, calm, and choice. No prior meditation experience necessary.

In this workshop, through reflection, discussion, interactive activities, and a guided experience, participants will explore the different roles they play in their daily lives, the challenges that come with each role, and how they can bring spiritual values into everything they do. Together, we will reflect on how spirituality can guide us through our responsibilities, relationships, and challenges, allowing us to approach each role with greater awareness, purpose, balance, and connection to the Divine.
